Well, that's all dependent on how well the fuel system is managed and how well the engine's condition is or isnt.

The general theory is 7-9psi is fine on a stock block with minimal fuel and ignition management.
There are people who run more with no problems and people who run less with more problems, of course.... but that's a general idea.

I'd run about 9PSI and go with a Hondata or some other ECU Management system and larger injectors, better fuel pump, and dyno tuning.

Then you'd be good to go for even more (10-11-12?psi) and after that (perhaps after 10psi) expect to do some motor work.
