Default d15b vtec finally in the car

So I'm taking this week off to finish putting the motor in the car. I follwed every how-to I could find (Thanks Westcoaststyle for the clutch/flywheel install. I hope I torqued down the flywheel properly:noes.

Anyhow, I'm not gonna fire it up until later today or tomorrow. All I have left is the clutch linkage and the axles. I changed the oil plan and everything underneath looks REALLY clean.

Is there anything I should do before I fire it up? I have no idea how long the motor was sitting. Should I lift the valve cover off and pour oil over all of the lifters? Or is that dumb? :hsugh:

I would really appreciate comments from anyone who has had experience with this.
