I went to one called "bodyworlds," which was pretty much the same idea, but a much larger and more detailed exhibit... it was incredibly fascinating. Two thumbs up.
I saw the one in Denver as well. I wasn't as interested in the dissected as the diseased organs that they showed alongside.
