Default Bold on performance Q's for 96 LX

Am running into some roadblocks with my 96 Accord LX F22B2 ENGINE TYPE L SERIES. I want to upgrade my intake/exhaust system with a Short Ram Air Intake, DC Header(HHS5012) and a DC Cat-Back Exhaust system(HCS7012). My problem is that my car has three bolt connections throughout and I'm told that the header and cat-back connections are two bolt (but my Accord Factory manual shows all 3 bold connections from the cat back. Any ideas? While I'm at it, I've read that the added air flow would lead me to running pretty lean so I'm looking at adding a fuel regulator (any suggested brands?) and MSD ignition upgrade. Sound logical to you? I'm looking getting another 25 HP with these mods. Lastly, I'm not a teenager and would like a mellow sounding exhaust. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Andy
