Default 95 Integra 2dr Hatch - Western PA - $1500

My brother in law is trying to sell his 95 Integra. I'm just working as the middle man for him, as he is not around alot.

Ok... here's the scoop on it
it's a 95 integra 2dr hatch.
4cyl/5spd w/ 224k on it
2 owner (he's owned it since approx 16k)
all normal maint. was done on it as it needed - most stuff replaced at least once now
radiator is under 500miles old, recent tuneup before parking it as well

never been in an accident

the goods:

full power options, windows, doors, sunroof, mirrors, a/c etc - and they all work well
mostly all highway miles. he's a pilot, and flys out of Pgh, Latrobe and Columbus - with latrobe being a good hour+ away one way.
runs very strong - it was ultra reliable for him the whole time he's had it
completely stock - not modified except for the cd player
cold a/c
uses very little oil - less than a qt in 5k miles
black/grey cloth interior in nice shape as well

not good but not quite bad:

some rust behind doors in front of rear wheel well (see pics)
tires are fair - he said prob. less than 1.2 tread
small ass dent in hood

the bad:
needs undercar fuel and brake lines replaced - both are seeping fluids. he was given a price of about $500 to have a shop do the work on it
will need new cv joints (were replaced about 40k ago with reman units)
inspection has run out

he bought an 07 accord to commute in, but up until then, this was his DD. he wanted something newer, and with more room in it, esp. for the family trips, etc. I've known the car for the past 8 or so years, and he's not the type to beat on a vehicle... point to prove that, is that it still has the OG clutch in it

He would like to get $1500 for it, knowing that it books out considerably higher and that it does need some work. He lives out in Somerset County and that's where the car is - about a 2 hour drive from HBG/PGH. If it doesnt sell, he said he'll prob. just keep it and next spring do all the work it needs and keep it around as a spare set of wheels

any questions just ask away... i can get in contact with him or his wife to find out what you might need.
