noooooo ... there's a thin line between confidence and dickhead, be careful.

Confidence = ability to believe in yourself and not be afraid of situations or people which question yourself as a person.

ex. You walk in a bar, some guy starts hitting on the girl you like. Have confidence in yourself as a person that this dude has nothin on ya. Don't let his presence phase you.


Dickhead = over estimating your abilities to prove dominance over other people when uncalled for. Basically making unneeded comparisons to give yourself an ego boost.

ex. You walk in a bar, and your girl sees an old friend. Don't start comparing yourself to him out of context. Right away, that's a douche thing to do.
