The bumper SHOULD have a outline on the inside of the bumper where you should be cutting, and there should be holes to where you need to mount the light fixture. Now there are some brakets that come with the fog lights that can kinda be a bitcch to get them in the right direction but once the hole is cut and you try mounting it everything will come together. As far as cutting I would use your best judgement and cut inside the line rather then on the line, Sometimes that outline is not 100% the right size. Cut small and work the areas that need more cutting.


Wiring it up should be easy if you got a good brand there should be 2 seprate harness one that goes to the batt, fusebox, and connects the the other then one that goes to the ground and then to the fogs. Errrr I hate writing. Ok there are some + 12volt hookup on your fuse box under the dash that you need to hook up too. Another goes to the batt and one to the ground everything should be pluged into eachother. Hope I helped. PM if you need help in better detail.
