New update on this problem
OK, listen to this! I got home from work later in the day this car still didn't start. That was different!!! Usually when the air got a littler warmer this thing would fire right up. So I checked for spark...nothing! So I jumpered the service connector and got "code 15" again! Ignition output signal!!! What does that really mean? Alright! I pulled off the distrubutor cap and rotor. Pulled out the new ECM I put in months ago, and disconnected the 4 wires. Then I looked closely at the top yellow wire. That wire goes back inside the housing. It had a coating of dust or something on it. I wiped everything off real good, including the pick up and reluctor. Then I put everything back together, turned the key and it started right up!!! Am I looking at a bad distributor pick up coil? Can I replace that, or must I change the whole dist. housing? Any Ideas out there? I priced a new distributor at the local parts store and it's about $200. Does that sound right? Anyone with an idea, I'd greatly appreciate it!!!
