if you know your wires are good go with the censer water on the ecm seamed more likely but remember it did failed the ohm test.you are lucky it runs with a bad tdc because your 2 main inputs to the computer are the tdc and the map all other inputs(coolant,cam po,intake air temp,o2,ect....)the car still runs but it limps a little.also if you install a new censer and you still read bad ohms you will probably have a burnt wire or loose connector.
