paypal helped me fine...i bought an item on paypal but the guy took forever to ship it. the seller said it was on back order so i said to just refund my money. he refunded it but kept the sales tax. i filed a complaint on paypal and got my $2 sales tax back....another thing, which i did before, was you can do is call your bank and have them cancel the transaction; however they need a signiture approval and may charge you a $10 fee.....its better than losing $275...good luck.
