Only modification required is the way you mount it.

The passenger side bracket will work just fine, you'll have to use some common ingenuity to secure the other side. Some use zip ties, but theres better ways. Just move the driver side bracket over, or make a new one. I haven't done this yet, so I don't really have any direct advice for you. It's not hard though.
