The funny part of it is that the driver didn't even appear to be paying attention to where his car was going at all. So I think this is mostly on the driver not JL per se.
I wouldn't be too surprise if the driver was on the cell phone or for that matter, a woman. I've seen a lot of woman folks do stupid things with their cars... like drive off the road as she was turning right and forgot to let go of the steering wheel while she was on the cell.
