During the winter months I have an annoying problem with my 91 Integra. It seems that in the mornings I have quite a bit of moisture on the inside of my windshield. If it is too cold, of course, I have ice.

I then have to scrape the ice (or wipe off the fog) which makes a mess on the windshield as well as the dash.

Has anybody had a similar problem and found a solution? Thanks for the help and suggestions.
