Don't forget the theft issue either. Of the 3 Integras my roommate and I have owned between us, 2 were stolen. The RSX is a much less likely target since they aren't nearly as popular for parts, and the chip in the key makes it much tougher to steal.

And a stock GSR definitely won't outhandle a stock RSX-S. The bigger tires, stiffer suspension, and larger anti-roll bars mean a stock RSX-S easily outhandles the massive-body-roll-in-stock-form G3 teg. I think the Integra will outhandle an RSX with equivalent money dumped into the suspension, however. The lower center of gravity, lighter weight, and greater suspension travel help out handling with an aftermarket suspension.

But the RSX is much more refined, more powerful, nicer interior, and less likely to be stolen. It's also newer and more modern, meaning generally fewer problems. So unless handling is your #1 priority, I say go with the RSX if you can afford it.
