You can pick up a slim fan to mount fairly cheap. As for the cooling ability, I think it would be as good as stock. Many turbocharged integras run civic radiators, and don't have any cooling issues.

As far as mounting goes, I believe you can just move the OEM bracket over and it will work just fine. The civic radiator is half the width of an integra's, this allows extra room in front of your exhaust manifold.

I'm not sure on the price difference, it might be cheaper to go with a standard integra radiator. I was just throwing this out incase you ever planned on going F.I.
