Default Lowering my car-a huge mistake

I Have a 95 Prelude Si that I initially lowered 2 inches w/ Progress springs and 5-way adjsutable tokico shocks.

I recently had to replace the whole suspension b/c the suspension basically gave out-the uppercontrol arms are coming out of the hood! they have started to reshape the metal wheel casings under my hood. And now the paint on the outer body of the car in the rear (on both sides) is starting to stretch-discoloring it! I have spent over $2500 the last 2 months-new springs (Eibach Pro) and shocks (Tokico gas Presurred shocks) and even new poly. bushings all around. However, the camber kit/upper control arm bushings are still the same from when I first lowered her (still aftermarket, though). No mechanic can quite figure out what is causing her to keep sinking.

The one dude charged me $200 when I brought her back 2 days after I pd. him $1200 to re-do the suspension to lube the camber kit (spueaking really bad) w/lithium grease... Help! Any ideas what it could be?
