Start with something like: 205/35/17 or 205/30/17
Yeah, and then don't ever hit a pothole, road reflector, or even a pebble with that low of a tire! Great way to trash the rims.
205/40/17 is just under the stock tire height for my SI, and that's just about too thin as well (I have two trashed rims to show for it).
