Oh forgot about lowering. People think the lower the better, and that isnt true in all cases. In most case, if you have your car lower 1-1.5" (im raising mines when i get a coilover setup next summer) youll have the right balance and roll to your car. It will actually handle better then a car that is too low. Thats why when you see people on road courses their cars arent too low, and have some have some wheel gap.
