Ok, I just changed my brakes about a week and a half ago, did everything according to the DIY for a civic, except I have a 2001, still mostly the same. Anyways, greased the backs of my pads, cleaned all the old debris off the caliper, spring clips, piston, etc. Well, my pads are squeeling, but only at low speeds, when comming to a stop. Yesterday, took eveything apart again, checked it a second time, cleaned everything again and put it back together, well it's still doing it, not nearly as much though.
Does this sound like glazed pads?? Rotors are fine, no grooves/pits, like glass.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Chris
