i believe you can redrill the flange on the 2g eclipse actually.

but besides that, no. head flanges are typically too different to allow swapping even with redrilling the stud holes.

if you want a cheap mani buy an hf/cx/vx/std mani from a civic. the cat unbolts from the header and then you can bolt on an adapter plate and bolt your turbo to that. i have one for sale if you want
