Yes. Without question.
I'm only lowered by about 1.5" and I'm right on the cusp of the allowable camber range (-1.3°F, -0.7°R).
If he's going to shell out the bucks for 205-35/18 tires.. it's absolutely worth it to buy a quality camber kit and do it the right way.
