I'm about a millimeter from my wear bars on the tire. I'm going to replace them next month. I halfway suspect that it is the tires. They are ready for a rotation. I still have good solid even tread on them - i'm pretty paranoid when it comes to keeping even air pressure. I have never had them rebalanced though. But since I'm so close to purchasing new ones, I may just rotate them for now.
I don't experience the vibration when at idle. It is only at maybe 50 and up that I feel it.
I did my best to be gentle with the brakes at first. I'm pretty gentle anyways, I'm not a hard braker - I try to drive as smooth as possible.
One thing I did notice on the rotors is that on the edges, part had a straight hard corner edge, and on other parts the edges were more like a rounded corner/edge. Is that just part of the manufacturing process?
