Default Occassional Vibration

I did a search and didn't find anything right away, so I thought I would ask my question.

I have a 98 Accord EX sedan. I replaced both my front rotors and pads a couple of days ago. Right away, the vibration from my warped rotors went away, but then a few hours later, I starting getting that same vibration back in the steering wheel, except now it was off and on. It will appear for a few minutes, and then not show up at all for a while. Probably once or twice in a drive I will experience a vibration, then nothing at all.

I'm wondering if it might be my tires, since they are near end of life, but I know what tread separation feels like, and I know it definitely is not that at all.

Anyone else experience anything after replacing the rotors.

I replaced them with OEM Honda rotors, ordered from the online Honda eShop from Owners Link.
