You don't need a crossover in your radio if you have a 4ch Amph:
i think your thinking of bi-amping a passive crossover or just the passive crossover. if your running a active crossover network than you won't use your hp/lp filters on your amps.

but i do agree with a normal customer they won't even care about that stuff or are too lazy to learn to use it.
