There needs to be a checklist before hitting the "Post New Thread " button.

Check yes or no for the following:
-Does your thread reference any chicks
-Do you have pics of said females.

The thread can only be posted if you select yes for both and the pics are uploaded.

If no is selected for the first question, than the post can proceed as normal.

Can someone please hash out the code for this? Thanks.
