pretty much, not sure on 1st gens though although they should, although gsr's are hit and miss on fitting 14's on the front calipers
My friend blew out his tires on his RS, so i let him borrow my 94 SER rims which are 14's , and the wheel couldn't move because of the front brake caliper was griniding on the rim.
