GAH! One thing that makes my blood begin to boil are micro-managers. Sometimes they think they are helping when in fact they are just irritating the crap out of ya. You tell them to do something and they don't but if you do something different you hear from them and then they ask you to do stuff...GAH! Makes me pissed off sometimes.
