sounds like the bearing in the distributor is bad (common on hondas) if you pull the distrubutor off and spin it you will feel gritty or hard to turn and in worst case timming belts have jumped because it locking up if it's JDM lude it's got a internal coil . the UDSM market has enternal coil you can tell by the extra coil outside and the cap having 5 holes, the picture of the SOHC one you have there is the same internally (bearings,coil,ignitor) but has a diffrent bolt patern then the H22 motor.
