No really, with a auto non-vtec, I'd use it to save up for a manual 5th gen with the vtec (ex trim), that's probably the biggest upgrade you could get. But it sounds like you want to put more bling than performance into it so I'd just go ahead with the tint, paint and if you have anything left, some nice alloys.
I'm actually trying to fix what needs repaired. My rear tint has moisture inbetween it, the paint is chipping all over the front end and fading elsewhere, my headlights fog to no end (projectors), both my front and rear bumpers have significant damage. I havent decided on lowering or lips yet, thats something for after i get my stock bumpers and stock lights. For the area I live in, it probably wouldnt be a good idea to do either (lower/lips).

So I guess I should really edit my post to say what NEEDS done is:

Front Bumper (stock) ~$100
Rear Bumper (stock, in transit) $87 shipped
Headlights (stock) ~$150?
Rear tint (local shop, called Tri-County Customs, does all over for $160)
Paint (Uncle quoted me at 4-$500 for single color) ~$500

So I'd be looking at an approx. total of $1k already spent on repairs. The rest is play money..

I bought my car all riced out, and frankly, I'm getting a little sick of it. Besides, where I live, body kit + ground = scrapage

Thanks for the replies!
