I'm actually with this guy. I'd put it in a good mutual fund, it will be worth about 50K when you retire. That way you could buy a nice new accord and you'd be set. Of course, they will probably be electric or nuclear powered or something like that but whatever . No really, with a auto non-vtec, I'd use it to save up for a manual 5th gen with the vtec (ex trim), that's probably the biggest upgrade you could get. But it sounds like you want to put more bling than performance into it so I'd just go ahead with the tint, paint and if you have anything left, some nice alloys.
