Get the surgury and dont pay a DIME.

As long as you dont pay a penny for it, you arent responsible for the debt after i think 6 years. But... if you pay 25cents for it up front, you'll be responsible for it for life.

I found this out working at a hospital. I have health insureance though, but if I didnt and I needed life making surgury, i'd do it.
