I once had a dominos delivery guy bring me 2 of 3 pizzas and when he came back, he brought me a half eaten pizza from his prior delivery. I guess he gave one of my pizzas to the house before me and instead of getting a whole new pie from his store, he went back to the previous house and got my pizza from them.

As mad as I was, I had a calm, pleasant conversation with the manager. He ended up replacing the entire order and then some.
