2marrow im gonna try to remove/replace the metal plate/gasket under the egr valve and fuel rail. the dude at the dealership said that could be the prob. before putting the new one on he said i have to vaccuum out the intake "port area" got the tools and the time...now if only i had the knowledge...screw ill do it anyway
