TLS for value, bang for buck, and quality fit and finish.
If G35 had a highline interior or at least Accord like interior, instead of the cheap plastic Altima look, it would have won my vote. Until Nissan/some Infinitis increase their quality of materials used I will remain a loyal Honda customer.
