Well in my opinion I would go with the B18, only cause B series are easy to swap, and there is a HUGE aftermarket for them. If you got the flow go for the H22, H series just never really did anything for me, I was never a fan of them.
For the price you are going to pay for all your stuff for the H22 and the mounts and stuff, you can get a B18 and build the bottom end and put a decent turbo setup on it and ride out.
It's all up to you.
