the seals werent replaced when the timing belt and water pump were replaced? replacement would have taken care of the leaks in the timing belt cover area. pcv valves last years in the old hondas. i changed my original one out may 05. no oil leaks yet. its a cheap part u can quickly replace yourself. be careful removing it. the grommet and hose may have harden or split and need to be replaced also. autozone sells the grommet and hose real cheap. if its bad your car will run rough and over time the oil seals can blow. engines this old have leaks (air, fluid, fumes). they r not air tight anymore.
