Today I saw a police car with some sort of camera or something that looks like a camera on top of the roof. The lens on it was blue. I was with my friends at a parking lot hanging out and the cop car was going around slowly with that camera slowly turning on the roof. Is that to read lisence plates or something? There were maybe like over 50 cars and 100 people at the hangout.
