I am assuming that the sway bar you ordered was for a non-GSR/Type R as they both have the same size front sway bar. In the picture above the front strut bar is a good indication that it was only the GSR/Type R that had that type sway bar. You could call the company you got the sway bar from but if the front sway bar has the same mounting holes as the stock then I would expect the OEM mounts to work.
