I haven't checked the compression so I don't know 100%. I was driving down the highway just before it happened and the engine ran great up to that point. Are you thinking broken timing belt? The distributor rotor turns and it sounds like it is firing on some cylinders when it wants to start. I'm not up on my Honda engine layout but does the distributor shaft (rotor) connect directly to the cam? Each plug is getting spark.
