The 9.2 HP for the Injen Short Ram, on the other hand, is the actual measured HP, according to an article in the latest issue of Honda Tuning called "The Great Intake Test".
Of course when everything is put together, one item can maybe effect another, resulting in either less or more HP. That's something that would have to be Dyno tested.
yea just letting u know 10-15 hp is average gain with I/h/e set up on RSX-S as well. consider 15 hp whp gain isn't too bad anyway
