Default N/A compressin ratio!

Alright, I'm half way done with my build. The head is completely built via......b16a2 head= s2s2 pro series cams, s2 valve springs&retainers, s2 high compression valves, valve stem seals, valve guides, spoon hc head gasket, and s2 adjustable cam gears. Now its just to get the block done. Finding one has been a pain and this one might not come through either. I am soon to get my hands on a b18c block hopefully, owner nor I are sure if its type r or gsr, but it wont matter because all the internals will be replaced. Ive read a bunch of different set ups and suggestions on compression ratio with all motor applications but without any conditions. I want to know with being fully built, sleeved and bored to a 1.9 or 2.0. (83 or 84mm) What compression should I shoot for? Ive heard with these aggressive cams that 12.1 is recommended, but I heard that it might be too high for daily driver and increase chance of detonation. I am shootin for atleast 210 and up whp. I use 93 octane now with my b16 so I will definitely use the same after my build, but will it be enough? What pistons could I get at 84mm bore for a b18 because a lot of the manufacturers stop at 83mm bore for n/a for the b18c?
