the code is not ont he back of the radio. check your user manual and any other stuff you got with the car.... and the glovebox... there should be 5 digit code that you have to enter in.

if you dont have a code... then you need to remove the radio and get the serial number and take it to the dealer and get the code from them (they may charge you)
