as far as answering your question I would suggest turbo due to the fact that it really is the most efficient way to add power to almost any application. A supercharger takes away power to produce power(not much, but it still adds additional friction on the engine initially to spin the supercharger since they're belt driven) where as a turbo takes essentially "trash" and produces power out of it... but like everyone will tell you do PLENTY of research b4 you dive into it b/c I've been researching/stock piling parts for the past 2 yrs and i'm almost ready to do it(of course i've been slowed down slightly by school, but hey I gotta make a living some day)
