They should be fine. You replace them when the rubber cracks, they rip apart during removal, the insulation cracks and allows the spark to arc to the engine or chassis, or they measure over the resistance spec with a multimeter.

(Try getting zapped by a cracked spark plug wire, its exactly like a stun gun.)
