....ok. u dotn need a fuel rail, or a fuel pressure regulator, or a lightened flywheel and what sort of gauges and sensors are u talking about. u can build a nice kit for cheap, i built my first kit for under 1700 and i used all nice parts.. as far as ebay turbos go, ive heard good things, bad things, and very bad things. i think it has to do with the owner and how well the car is maintianed and how its driven. just start doing research there chief. be a lil troll and camp out on honda-tech;'s forced induction forum and also homemadeturbo.com. it takes time to do this shit
