I pick the IS300.
The G35 is too big for my tastes, and the 325i would make me feel like a yuppie snob driving it. I like the CTS but like the G35 it's a bit too large. The rest I wouldn't even consider.
If you're comparing the TL-S to the IS300, you obviously don't get the point of the IS300. It's not supposed to be roomy or practical. It's a sports sedan with a marginal backseat so that if your buddies just absolutely force you to drive them somewhere, they can sit in the crappy legroom and headroom. Which the next time around, will encourage them to drive.
For anyone to make a statement like "the Accord and Altima have more power than most of the cars in this comparison" means you have no understanding of vehicle dynamics whatsoever. OK, so a front wheel drive family sedan has more grunt than a rear wheel drive sports sedan. You still won't see me comparison shopping the two.
Oh, my rankings:
IS300
325i
G35
CTS
Only ones I've driven are the Lex and Bimmer, so I just ranked the other two based on who makes em.
