check it...

pry bar thru the timing inspection hole holding the flywheel in place, have it propped against the block and hold it.

long breaker bar (at least 18") connected at bottom.
while holding the pry bar, jump on breaker bar. it took me around 6 jumps before i heard a crack. i think the torque setting is around 160 on f series blocks
