just for the info your fans are the last resort to keep your car cool b4 you over heat. they arent supposed to come on all then time. honda made pretty smart cars and honda knows that havin the fans on alot makes them have shorter lives and takes power mostly torque away from the motor and without much torque which we dont have much to spare it becomes harder to drive the car. it might just be your coolant because coolant just wears out over time. so your best bet is to mix either a 60% coolant and 40% water and flush the radiator with just water to make sure it starts running clear and then let the radiator drain and then fill it up with the mixture that i told you
