look under your brake pedal, it should be up toward the top of the brake arm, there is a little pin, and sometimes it falls out, or it can go bad, or something else may have happened to it. i had the same problem a month ago, the pin and the nut came out and fell on the floor, have somebody press the button in and look at the back of the car to see if it goes off or not, are you sure they arent staying on when the car is turned off? mine were staying on all the time. good luck
