I'm not sure when they are, my college puts them on...we usually have 2 or 3 every term and they're in a parking lot up near Saginaw. I'm not sure if they allow outsiders in but I know the people who run the club so it shouldn't be a problem. I like to go to them to laugh at my own car h: But last time I ran I beat a kid in a Cobalt SS because he's a shitty driver :thumbup:
